Tarion Homeowners’ Choice Awards 2020 High-Rise Builder of the Year Finalist

This is the Ontario home building industry’s most coveted award. Homeowner satisfaction with their builder is measured through each stage, from signing the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, through construction, pre-delivery, and after-sales service.

Six finalists were determined based on the results of a comprehensive survey conducted by an independent, 3rd party organization sent to Ontario homeowners who took possession of their new home between October 1, 2018 and September 30, 2019. Surveys are confidential, however based on these dates, we know that homeowners at Azure, ParkWest, Villas of Avon II and Village North II participated. For this, we want to extend a huge thank you for taking the time to complete the survey and for sharing your experience.

We are truly honoured to qualify as a finalist for this year’s Tarion Homeowners’ Choice Awards, making this the sixth time including three High-Rise Builder of the Year wins since 2014.
