Soaring high above the city on the top floor, the amenities space at Azure took the top spot, being named the winner for Best Amenities at the Ontario Home Builders’ Association (OHBA) 2020 Awards of Distinction. The award is an incredible honour as it recognizes excellence in design and use of space within a multi-unit residential building across Ontario.

Found on the 29^th floor, the amenity space at Azure is higher than any other residential space in the City of London. Day and night, the views over the city and beyond are incredible. At over 6000 square feet, it boasts impressive indoor and outdoor exclusive spaces for residents to enjoy.

The open-concept indoor space was designed to balance panoramic views through the floor-to-ceiling windows while still offering private spaces for small gatherings by the fireplace, in the lounge, at the bar or around the billiards table. Warm wood tones with strategic accent pieces and colours make this space a popular and comfortable place for residents to relax and entertain friends and family.

The nearly 4000 square foot outdoor terrace provides outdoor space high above the city where residents find an oasis of landscaping, fire tables, seating areas and dining spaces. Exterior lighting combined with shrubs, trees and even grass create a resort style ambiance. In order to provide unobstructed views, the terrace is surrounded by 66” high frameless glass panels that also serve to shelter residents from the elements.

This year’s OHBA AOD event was held virtually; however, that didn’t stop the Tricar team from celebrating responsibly as the company recognizes the hard work and dedication by the staff and the importance of celebrating the wins!
