Condo Warranty Info
Tricar is registered with Tarion and all builders in Ontario are required to provide statutory warranty coverage as regulated by the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act.
Your home’s warranty protection begins even before you move in. As soon as you provide a down payment, you receive deposit protection. And if your builder delays the closing of the sale without giving you proper notice, you may also have rights to compensation.
After moving in, you're entitled to One, Two and Seven Year warranties. Each comes with certain limits and obligations, so it's important to understand what is covered and how to make a claim. Tarion provides a number of online resources that will help you learn more.
Our team at Tricar is committed to ensuring that your experience with us is a positive one. From our friendly and informed sales staff to our Client Relations Team, our Construction Group and our attentive Warranty Team you can be assured that no detail will be overlooked. We are honoured that you have chosen us as your preferred builder and will do everything we can to satisfy you throughout the process. Communication is key and we are here to answer your questions and address your concerns. We take pride in delivering your home as if it were our own.
Each year, Tarion sends a comprehensive survey to Ontario homeowners who took possession of a new home between October 1st and September 30th. Survey questions assess homeowner satisfaction with after-sales customer service. To be considered, highrise builders must have had at least one hundred possessions during the survey timeframe. In addition, a minimum number of completed surveys must have been received to ensure that homeowner responses could be fairly evaluated. We appreciate the time and the valuable input that our homeowners dedicate to this survey and are most honoured to have been named a 2013 Award Finalist and the 2014, 2015 and 2016 Ontario High-rise Builder of the Year Winner in Tarion’s Awards of Excellence Program.
